Move the cards from the crescent to the foundations. The kings are constructed down by suit to aces and the aces are constructed up, similarly by suit, to kings. Utilize the shuffles when you lack any more feasible moves. The upper card of every stack in the crescent is available for play on the foundations or the tableau. Only one card can be shifted at a time and building on the tableau is either upwards or downwards by suit and can go around the corner (placing a king over an ace and vice versa).
